The man that took my order last night was so friendly I had fun talking with him but I gotta tell ya this place is now one of my favorite to go eat places when I am in Chicago the pizza ???????? was so freaking good and the cannoli was just as good too THANK YOU FOR SUCH GOOD FOOD AND SERVICE....
The owner is a really nice down to earth guy. So is his family. I love their pizza and pasta,salad, Italian ice cream, and chicken wings. They also have a lot of family specials.
Excellent Chicago style pizza with a local atmosphere. We picked Bacci Pizza because they are known for having the largest slices in the city. Service was great and very fast. Pizza was perfect. 1 slice can feed several people!
There has never been a better slice of deep dish ever in Chicago. Mainly because no one else in the city does this!! I got the Italian experience for sure. Cannoli & mango Italian ice topped the trip off for sure.
You really feel the good energy which makes the food taste even better. I always have eaten at Baccis. Ever since I was a teen 20 years ago. This place still hits. This location is ample and convenient. I enjoy the atmosphere. Most of all I enjoyed seeing the family pictures on the wall. Made me see the love that goes into running a small pizza empire.
So today is my birthday and I got a voucher for half off a pizza. The pizza was not to my liking so they remade the pizza until I was happy. Plus they threw in some free snacks for my birthday. I am happy with that. I love a place with good consumer service.
The staff at Bacci were so kind. They went our of their way to make sure I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely go back!
Customer service was amazing Both employees gave good service & was quick to help us with our order. Food came fast & very fresh. The atmosphere was lovely. Ill go back to eat anyday.
Pizza was delicious. The guy who served it was amazing, he sang to us when he dropped the pizza off. He cut all the slices in half with no problem. This pizza is delicious, we will be back.
The pictures of the pizza don't do it justice on how humongous this slices are. Literally the pizza is double the size of your head. I am a big Ester and I've never been able to finish a slice. I usually do the pepperoni slices with parm and red pepper flakes. Very flavorful, cheesey and a nice number of pepperonis. You better be hungry because 1 slice is going to last you 2 days!
